We recently visited the Key Biscayne location and saw firsthand how quickly patients can be seen and treated. Baptist Health Urgent Care aims to have patients in and out the door in under 45 minutes. As a result, you know you won’t be stuck in a crowded waiting room for hours. In addition, this particular location, in the heart of Key Biscayne, has free parking steps from the front door which alleviates another layer of stress often associated with visiting a health care provider. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and provided great service.

Baptist Health Urgent Care and Urgent Express are perfect for busy Moms because they can assist families with common ailments such as the common cold, flu, aches, rashes, earaches, and minor cuts.   3. This is a great article! I didn’t know about the care on Demand app. Thanks for that tip! I am also happy to hear they will be giving flu shots very soon. We have utilized the Baptist Urgent Care near our house in Brickell a few times. It is in a great location, has free parking available, and is very convenient because we can even walk to it! I was also very happy when they started extending their hours. We have always received friendly and helpful service every time!

    • The Care On Demand app is awesome and you get a free visit – what could be better? I used it when I was sick at 37 weeks pregnant and I was able to get a visit with a doctor at 11PM at night right from the comport of my couch with my smartphone!

  5. Over the years I’ve always had great experiences at your urgent care centers! No one ever wants to be sick but knowing there’s a Baptist urgent care center close by gives you a great option when you can get in to see your doctor right away!

  8. As a previous employee of Baptist, I can say they are great behind the scenes too! They not only care for their patients but also their employees so much! It was such a joy to work for their Urgent Care system before I became a mommy and decided to stay home with my babies. Whenever we need any medical assistance, we choose Baptist!
