We celebrated our second day of Cookies with Santa in style at the beautiful Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay. Thank you to our hosts and Co-Title Sponsors Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay for their warm hospitality and Dr. Bob Pediatric Dentist for helping make the event a huge success!
The Venue: Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay
Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay is exquisite and makes you feel as if you are visiting a 5-star resort. It is tastefully elegant and perfectly accommodated our event. Not to mention, it provided the perfect opportunity for guests to do some Christmas shopping for the one-size-fits-all kind of gifts. Even Santa was eyeing a new ride!
At check-in guests were greeted with free samples from Skiddies and Pencil Grip.
As expected, Santa Claus was the man of the hour at this event! He stayed very busy taking pictures and listening to the little boys and girls’ wishes for the holidays. He was the best Santa we’ve ever seen – singing carols to the kids, greeting them in 3 languages, giving high-fives and taking time to make everyone feel comfortable for a photo. Everyone loved our jolly old St. Nick!
The Decor:
We still cannot get over the gorgeous ballon backdrop provided by Our Inspirations Party. The gingerbread house theme was complete with gingerbread men and it all made Santa feel right at home. The balloon arches provided a beautiful welcome to guests as they entered the event.

The Sweet Treats
Cookies were a main highlight of this event thanks to Celebrity Chef Max Santiago who provided his delicious gourmet cookies from his new shop in Fort Lauderdale, Batch Cookie Co. They received Santa’s seal of approval!
His cookies are made with the highest quality ingredients and are perfectly concocted to leave you begging for more! Families were able to choose from three flavors: Classic Chocolate Chip, Candy Cane Cookies & Cream & Fun-Fruity – a twist on the classic sugar cookie which featured Fruity Pebbles and sprinkles!
What are cookies without hot cocoa? Our friends from LYNQ provided a hot cocoa station with all the fixings including marshmallows and candy canes! Families were able to drink their veggies and fruits in their hot cocoa and they didn’t even know it, but shh… don’t tell them! LYNQ is known for their drink mixes that sneak in all the good stuff!
The Vendors:
This event also allowed families to shop for the holiday season! We had many wonderful vendors at this location with an assortment of products.
Our Co-Title Sponsor, Dr. Bob Pediatric Dentist, caught the eye of all children with their over-sized puppets with pearly white teeth. Kids were able to play dentist, learn about good oral hygiene, and even take home a biodegradable toothbrush!
You and Me Time was one of our VIP vendors attending all three events. They provide carefully curated conversation cards to use to engage your loved ones. These questions help to spark deep and meaningful conversations and will get you talking about things you have never spoken about before. They make a great addition your holiday dinner table!
Little Wooden Box creates custom gift boxes made with products from local and women-owned small businesses.
Jewelry by Priss showcased her gorgeous earrings and bracelets at Cookies with Santa.
Nailed It DIY hosted a Create-Your-Own wooden ornament station and also sold the cutest wood decor for your home. The kids enjoyed the hands-on opportunity to create a special ornament to take home.
Julimark Sweet Creations was on hand sharing cupcakes with our guests and wow-ing everyone with her cookie tree! You can never go wrong gifting someone Christmas treats!
The Entertainment:
Pipa and Belu brought the Christmas craft fun with their portable Art Cart station. Children were able to decorate gingerbread men, Christmas trees and enjoy festive coloring sheets. It provided the opportunity for parents to enjoy a moment to browse the other vendors while the kids were occupied. Every child was able to take home a special work of art to remember their Cookies with Santa experience.
Families had the opportunity to snap their own creative photos with Miami Vice Photobooth. Photos and boomerang videos were texted directly to families for easy social media posting!
A number of fun props and holiday signs from Popsigns made the photo booth experience fun and memorable. Some guests were even lucky enough to snag a picture with Mickey and Minnie.
Facepainting by Caroline Party is always a hit! The amazing artist was able to make children’s Spiderman, Elsa, and Unicorn dreams come true with her talented facepainting.
Families were also able to enjoy another photo opportunity with Vintage Charm Rentals. They had the cutest kid-sized photo booth and tee-pee adorned with all things Christmas!
We ended the day with entertainment for all from Caroline Party. Mickey and Minnie made their debut with a dance show and a story about how Christmas is not all about the gifts. The crowd broke out in a full-on dance party with Mickey & Minnie and their Elf pal!
Tis the Season to Give Back:
As an opportunity to give back at our event we encouraged guests to bring diapers to help us stock “Santa’s sleigh” at Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay. Through the generosity of our attendees we collected more than 800 diapers for the Miami Diaper Bank who will distribute them to families in need through Miami-Dade & Broward counties. Guests who contributed to the Miami Diaper Bank had a chance to win great giveaways from our amazing sponsors including: Ocaquatics, Jewelry by Priss, and more.
